Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment platforms. The available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Subscription Payments

For subscription-based services or memberships, payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

Payment Security

We take your security seriously and ensure that your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers.

Failed Payments

In the event of a failed payment for subscription renewals, access to the digital product, course, or subscription service may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. We will notify you promptly of any payment failures and provide instructions for updating your payment information.

Adjustments and Upgrades

If you choose to upgrade or adjust your subscription level, any changes to your payment plan will take effect immediately. You will be charged the adjusted rate on your next billing cycle.

Returns/ Refunds Policy Duration

Our refund policy is active for a number of days from the date of your purchase, depending on the type of content accessed.

  • You can cancel academy access at any point.
  • You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving access to the course. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Note that cancellation of a subscription service must be done before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Eligibility for Refund

For a refund request to be eligible, the digital product or online course must not have been accessed or used extensively. We understand that assessing usage for digital products can be challenging, so we ask for your honesty in these matters.

Non-refundable Digital Goods

The following digital goods are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded software or digital tools
  • Access to membership or subscription services already utilized within the refund period

Requirements for a Refund Request

We require some form of proof or confirmation of purchase to process your refund. This could be an email confirmation or an order number.

Situations Resulting in Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Early cancellation of ongoing subscriptions or memberships without full utilization of the service.
  • Digital products accessed or partially used where the full value has not been realized.

These are considered on a case by case basis.

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving your request and assessing eligibility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Course/ Academy Access Cancelation

To cancel your enrolment and request a refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for ensuring your cancellation request is submitted within the allowable period to qualify for a refund. Any refundable amounts will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-8 days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Please note, we reserve the right to make certain courses exempt from refunds, if they are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Details of refund eligibility will be clearly stated on the course information page.

In cases where course access is revoked due to a refund, you will lose access to any course content, resources, or benefits associated with the enrolment immediately upon the processing of the refund.

For courses that offer instalment payment options, participants are obligated to complete the payment plan as agreed upon at the time of enrolment, except in cases where a refund is requested and processed according to our refund policy.
